Hi, I’m Felix Mokross.
I build digital products with a focus on user experience.
I studied Computer Science and Business Application Architectures in the Black Forest, Germany. Early on, I focused on applying my skills in real-world environments—through an internship in the IT department of a chip manufacturer, working as a part-time software developer, and writing both of my theses in collaboration with a software consultancy in Stuttgart.
After graduating, I relocated to Zurich, Switzerland, and began my career as a .NET software engineer at Zühlke. From day one, I worked on exciting customer projects across different industries, learning continuously along the way. I was fortunate to be surrounded by a strong and supportive network of software engineers—some of whom became mentors and close friends. Within five years, I grew into the roles of development lead and software architect.
Driven by a passion for creating great user experiences, I increasingly focused on web technologies and modern product development. As a Lead Web Architect, I helped teams build high-quality digital products with a strong emphasis on usability, engineering quality, and collaboration. I co-founded and established a React foundations course offered both internally and to clients, and later took on leadership responsibilities as a People Lead for a team of web engineers and architects.
In 2025, after more than 10 years at Zühlke, I joined Julius Bär as a Scrum Master and Tech Lead. In this role, I focus on enabling teams, guiding technical direction, and helping deliver thoughtful digital products in a collaborative and sustainable way.
Today, I combine over 12 years of experience across software engineering, architecture, product delivery, and technical leadership. My focus is on building digital products that create real value—bringing together technology, user experience, collaboration, and execution.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, especially through running, which helps me clear my mind and stay balanced.
